We had a huge problem after a kitchen fire that quickly spread to the dining and living rooms before we could put it out. Unfortunately, we were in such a panic to put the fire out that my wife ran the hose inside and drenched everything, including the carpets and rugs. J.M. Carpet and floor cleaner company did an expert job on the fire and flood damage restoration we so badly needed. They got right to work on the water extraction and their carpet deodorizing removed all traces of the fire and mold smell from the carpets. I thought the dining room rugs would have to be thrown out but their expert area rug cleaning saved them! We had wanted to replace our kitchen tile anyway so this was as good a time as any. Once the new tile and grout in installed we are going to call JM for the tile cleaning and maintenance as well.
