We have 6 year old white carpet that had never been professionally cleaned before and we also desperately needed some area rug cleaning after my dog threw up on it and we couldn’t get that awful smell out. We called around to some local residential carpet cleaners and stopped at J-M. They answered their phone, answered all of our questions, quoted a price within our price range and made an appointment for later that day. We weren’t expecting a miracle, especially in the high traffic areas but we got one! Our carpet and rug looks new again. I’m so glad we called JM before spending money we didn’t really have on new carpet! We just gave their number to my wife’s boss for flood damage restoration and commercial carpet cleaning at their office. And we are thinking about calling them back out to our house for some power washing and exterior cleaning so the outside looks as good as the inside!
