I was very impressed with JM Carpet Cleaning Company. Not only the quality of the carpet and area rug cleaning (very well done) but also the outstanding customer service. I was actually on a flight when I remembered I needed home carpet cleaning, so I found JM on the internet and emailed them. I had a reply in minutes and was able to schedule it for later that afternoon. The carpet cleaner arrived on time and was very professional and took great care around my possessions. The scope of work involved pet odor removal and also a paint stain which they were able to get out. Their steam cleaning water extraction left my carpets dry. Everything was done to my satisfaction at a fair price. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. In fact I saw on their website that they also do power washing so I might just call them again for my exterior cleaning as well!
