J.M. Carpet Cleaning are miracle workers! We called them for residential carpet cleaning and restoration after our master bathroom and bedroom got flooded. My wife forgot the bath was running and it got stopped up. By the time she realized, the closet and part of the carpeting in the bedroom was saturated. We tried to soak it up with towels but it was useless. We called JM and they did a fantastic job on the water extraction and carpet / rug cleaning. I would give them 5 stars for the odor removal alone as it was starting to smell moldy by the next morning when we called them. Since then we have called them out for other home improvement and floor cleaning like tile and grout cleaning and regular carpet steam cleaning and typical carpet stain removal. We are planning to call them out soon for exterior power washing of our house. Keep up the great work guys!
